Severe Headache and Constipated
Been suffering form loss of appetite , severe headaches, loss of energy since the last three days. Yesterday he started getting constipated. I went on to the pharmacy and got him Cremalax and I forgot to ask direction use of the tablets

Your headache is mainly due to inadequate sleep. Again due to improper sleep-circadian rhythm,  ypur bowel movements are also disturbed.  The best combination in this scenario for you will be a combination of (naproxen plus domperidom combination) 250 mg 1 tab teice daily for next 2-3 days. Uou can increase the flyid intake and take a walk of atleast 30 mins. You can increase the quantity of syp cremaffin that  you are taking upto 15-30 ml. This tablet is taken sos.. only when required.. not to be continued.. let him take one tonight and if his motion is not free tomorrow morning then one more that's it.. ask him to take plenty of fluids more than 3 litres and fibre rich diet .

For headache you can take Naxdom 250mg sos but for proper management you need evaluation for tht consult online
