Severe headache due to sinus
I had sinus problem earlier, and was operated for deviated nasal septum in the year 2008, when I was 18yrs of age. After the operation the problem was mainly resolved, and I had minor allergies and sinus symptoms but not so often. Recent I started swimming in the morning, and since yesterday evening I am having severe headache and nose blockage. As I take otrivin and sinus 77 tablet and Allegra the problem reduces for a while. What should I do?

Moisten your sinus cavities. Drape a towel over your head as you breathe in the vapor from a bowl of hot water. Keep the vapor directed toward your face. Or take a hot shower, breathing in the warm, moist air. This will help ease pain and help mucus drain...Apply warm compresses to your face. Place warm, damp towels around your nose, cheeks and eyes to ease facial pain...Consult nearest ent specialist they will do the needful.
