Severe headache and bloody nose
I have been having a severe cough for two weeks now which I was told is winter asthma but now have blood clots coming from my nose when I take a hot shower or blow it.

The mucous membrane in nose, throat is oedematous due to infection, and undue forceful blowing of nose and forceful coughing can lead to rupture of these capillaries and hence bleeding. Take a lil steam with the regular medication. You will be better soon. Regards Dr Suman Mohan
