Severe headache
15 days before a cat ran over my legs at night, no scratches or cut or bite signs. The same day I took the Titanus vaccine from govt hospital. After that a mild fever and headache starts. Fever is gone but the headache still has. Take medicine from the same hospital but not solved. After that I visited the general physician nearby and gave me a Naprovin tablet but the headache is still present. Feeling like something pressing inside my head pain from upper eye to side head. Should I take the rabbies vaccine or is it just a headache?

Don't stress yourself too much. No rabies vaccine is needed. Are there any cuts or scratches on legs? Any leaking by the cat? If no...Then Don't worry at all. Take the Grelin tab - 1 tab -od/ as per needed Go for an eye check up if pain doesn't resolve.

A persistent headache for 15 days despite medication requires proper evaluation and should not be ignored. Since you experienced a fever initially and now have a pressing sensation around the eyes and sides of the head, I recommend an urgent in-person medical assessment to identify the cause. Regarding the cat incident, if the cat’s saliva contacted broken skin, eyes, or mouth, or if there was any unnoticed bite or scratch, please consult an anti-rabies clinic promptly for a rabies risk assessment. Rabies vaccination is not routinely indicated solely because a cat ran over your legs if the skin remained completely intact. The tetanus vaccine does not protect against rabies. Please do not delay medical evaluation, especially if the headache is severe or worsening, or if you develop vomiting, neck stiffness, fever, vision changes, weakness, confusion, or drowsiness. These symptoms require emergency assessment. For a detailed assessment and an appropriate treatment plan, you can consult me through the Practo app for an online consultation.

Regarding your headache, a mild fever can occur after a tetanus vaccination, but a persistent headache for 15 days despite medication should not be attributed to the vaccine without further evaluation.
Next Steps
Please clarify two things: Did the cat's claws touch your skin, even briefly, or was it only running over your clothes/intact legs? Is the headache on one side or both sides, and do you have any eye pain or blurred vision?

Since you had no wound or broken skin from that night, there is no entry point for rabies, so that vaccine is not something you need here. The headache is more likely unrelated. A pressing pain from the eye to the side of the head, going on for two weeks and not responding to a standard painkiller, is often tension type or sinus related.
Next Steps
Please see a general physician or neurologist for a proper headache work up, since two weeks without relief from a standard painkiller is worth checking further. Mention the vaccine timing too, so they have the full picture.
Health Tips
Go in sooner if you get blurred vision, repeated vomiting, or this suddenly becomes the worst headache you have ever had.
