Hi it could be RA or Gout. So get it checked first. In both the cases you should visit the physio as well as physician for exercises and swelling reduction.

Dr. Anil Kumar Jain Bangalore | General Physician
Answered
Hello there.

I can understand your concern.
Is she having any fever?
And since when does she have this problem?
We need a detailed history.
As of now, you can give her a tab. Zerodol-pt twice a day after food for 2 days. If it still doesnt improve, you have to consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil kumar jain.
Bangalore.
