Severe Hairfall and Dandruff
Having severe hairfall might be because of dandruff/white layer in scalp, tried every remedies but still not resolved.
Is medication resolved my problem and got my hair back??
Have Hypothyroidism also.

Dandruff can be because of oily scalp and dryness , Hypothyroidism can also lead to dryness of skin and scalp. In winters dandruff response is low to medicines so hair fall is common
So first dandruff has to clear
Have to take treatment for both dandruff and hair
Need complete evaluation for diagnosis
