Hi, dry cough is difficult sometimes as it is having multiple causes which are not related to respiratory system ,
Resp causes are infection of upper respiratory tract like sinusitis ,pharyngitis ,or laryngitis , also allergic causes are prominent in rainy season ,non respiratory causes are GERD gastric reflux of acid causing irritation of pharynx and chronic cough ,also drug induced like blood pressure medicine with enalapril or ramipril can cause cough
Please check your cause ,if infection is there then fever might be there and also local throat congestion also in allergic elements needs to look for ,so please show it to nearest physician
