Hello sir, You can consult a dentist get to know what all treatments are required . Then talk to dentist about your phobia tell all your fears if you do this you can overcome your phobia to a level and  minor treatment can be done . But if you cannot overcome your phobia we can choose conscious sedation no need of general anaesthesia.

Hello sir, you can go for conscious sedation which will be given for you through i.v line... You will be partly conscious in this... No need of general anesthesia and also what kind of dental treatment you need? And what kind of dental problem you have? You need to mention that... If you need to do any Root canal, implants or extractions, you can go for conscious sedation...

Talk to your dentist about your phobia .He/She might be able to relieve your fear and anxiety. If that doesn't work out.. you have other options as mentioned by other doctors.

Hello. What kind of dental work you are looking for? It is not necessary to undersgo general Anaesthesia for each and every dental treatment. You have phobia of dental treatment, no issue. First consult a dentist. What treatment you required. Then plan for general Anaesthesia. If the treatment is not that major, then go step by step. First do basic treatment. Then complicated. For general Anaesthesia you have to undergo multiple blood tests and other investigations and pre anaesthetic evaluation.
Next Steps
First visit a dentist then treatment planning.
Health Tips
For phobia you can take anti anxiety drugs so that there is less anxiety during treatment. If you neglect simple problem  then things will get complicated. overcome phobia. Relax. Now dentistry is much more advanced and less painful.
