Yes it is correctable may be you have to undergo orthodontic treatment. We need to see your teeth clinically to decide on the treatment plan. If your lower teeth has started shaking then its an emergency . We can relive your bite or Open your bite and your lower teeth can be stabilized with a splint. Futher treatment can be planned depending on the condition of teeth and surrounding tissues.
Next Steps
You can Get a OPG done which will tell us the status of your lower teeth.

Deep bite can be corrected many times by orthodontic braces but sometimes there is need for orthognathic surgery. First we need to see clinically as well as go through opg n lateral cephalograph what treatment gives best results. Visit orthodontist immidiately as already your lower teeth are mobile to prevent further deterioration.
