Severe dandruff
I'm having dandruff from many years and have used hundreds of anti dandruff shampoo and home remedies but still it comes back. How can we treat it permanently? Now it falls on my eyes and face as well which is so irritating. What should I do to treat it permanently.

Dandruff can be treated with lotion and shampoo (not the commercial ones which you use). Some people have more oiliness on the scalp which then causes visible flakes that people called dandruff. There are also some conditions which present with flaking of the scalp and have to be treated properly. do not apply oil on the scalp as it will worsen the condition. Please contact me by online consultation for proper examination and treatment advice

Hello dear. Your dandruff is a result of excessive seborrhea. This can be treated with some medicines. Just an anti dandruff shampoo will not work.
Next Steps
