  4. Severe cramps. What should i do for it?

Hello Dr. I had my delivery on nov 2020. After that my periods were normal and had no issues. But from yesterday I'm having severe period cramps, but still now i didn't bleed. Only period cramps is there, now along with the back pain. Its my date for the period, but got only cramps from yesterday afternoon. What should i do for it?
