Severe cramps during periods
Hello Doctor. I'm 26 yrs old, unmarried.
Usually during periods I used to have abdomen cramps for the first 2 days and on the 4th day. Usually my cycle is 4 days. But lately I've been experiencing severe cramps on the first day and even before that. I'm not able to bear the pain at all. It's more severe than it used to be. For the past 8 months I'm facing this pain. Flow is also not as expected. But if the flow is good I don't get cramps. I do have sex at times. But not on regular basis. Kindly suggest me for the pain.
