My 1 one 6 month baby suffering from severe cough and cold, eyes became red, doctor gave cefakind, levofluxacin Metriconazole syrup, sinarest and asthkind syrup, doctor has written LRTI and acute gastrointitis in prescription, my baby poop for 4 , 5 times a day, but the baby do not take the medicines only forcefully cefakind syrup it has taken, so on telephonic msg octor told to give xone 500 injection bd for 3 day, should we give the injection muscles of the baby, 4 injections has given on muscles of the baby, should it be given on vain or it is right to give on baby buttocks. Or should it take the sinarest and cough syrup

Kindly consult your doctor in person. If he is not available pls go to somebody else. You cannot give injection to baby by urself. We have spent few years to learn how to give injection to babies. Xone Inj can cause reaction too!
