My 7 years old kid is having severe cogh and cold along with fever and headache.His doctor has asked to take mox clav ds 5ml twice a day but coz of that my son is having stomach pain and even motions are lose.....now he has suggested econorm thrice a day.....doctor has siad if motions are less.in number then continue mox clav...... Shall I continue mox clav????

First of all
There is no need of antibiotics if cough cold and fever which looks like viral only
But now u already started then no issue continue it for atleast 3 days
Second
Ur baby have loose motion for that
Keep ur baby well hydrated
Give him a lot of water ORS and liquids orally
Don't force for solid food
Don't give spicy and sweeet food and oily food
Thirdly
U can try
Liq. Enterogermina 5ml twice a day for 2days
