Nice to meet grand father. You know our Indian herbs are most effective in cold and cough. Give KADDA.Make at home. 150ml of drinking water,+freshcrushed ginger,+Jaggary ,+3 black pepper whole,+3cloves and boilthis concocction to concentrate to100 ml. Cool it.serve warm twice day. For 3days.Give vitC500mg soluble chewable, off and on as a candy.
Give good nutrition. Hygiene, ventillation even if vhild is having cold
Keep child healthy happy emotional welbeing. Never shout or argue or abuse inpresence of baby. They respond by behaviorproblem

Please don’t use steam as it causes harm
Give paracetamol syrup for fever
Dolo 120 mg to be given 5 ml once in 6 hours for 2 days
No need for Ascoril if there is no cough
