I have severe body pains from 5 days,joint pains,back pain,muscle pains, fatigue, Little chills on body. can you please help me to solve my problem.

For body and joint pains Take tab movon P Tab myospaz two times a day. Along with Tab Pan 40mg once a day For 3 days.
