  4. Severe back pain. To drink more water.

Severe back pain
She has several back pain in middle and lower back, she is shy to go to physiotherapist or doctors can anyone suggest me best female therapist in bangalore city or please give me suggestions to help her to deal with that pain, I asked her to follow normal body stretches for back pain and asked her to drink more water.
