Severe back pain
Pain in the lower back since a week....non radiating....SLR -ve.....x-rays show no sign of disc injury...yet unable to bend freely & difficulty while changing posture from standing to sitting and vice-versa.....occasional stabbing pain on the right side of lower back....pain aggravates as menses approach and worse during the same....slight relief on application of muscle relaxant gels and intake of NSAIDs.

Consult Ortho surgeon and get scam examined for muscle spasm. You may require nsaid with muscle relaxant and physiotherapy.
