Severe back pain
Lower and middle back has immense pain when standing up or getting up from bed. Does it necessarily mean spondylitis or slip disc? I do yoga but that relieves me temporarily.

No it is not necessarily spondylitis or slip disc. Sometimes the sacroiliac joint can also get into dysfunction or locking of the vertebral joints which gives temporary symptoms.
