Severe back pain
I was playing cricket yesterday and during one shot I got cramps in back and still having sever pain in my pain and because of that I'm not able stand and walk. Kindly suggest treatment

use ice pack, rest, and take painkillers. please consult Ortho surgeon to confirm if it is a muscular issue, disc or bony problem and further management
