I have a terrible back pain every day as a result of carrying my heavy laptop bag to work everyday. And I travel frequently so that adds to the pain. I sleep without pillow to keep my back straight. Is there a perfect exercise, spray ot just a natural way of rejuvenating myself after these painful activities and get rid of the back pain?

U need to do exercises as I think in your busy schedule you are lacking regular fitness.then u can maintain the effects by any recreational activities like swimming.
