Hi,
As per the recent MRI findings, your mother is suffering from multi-level degenerative disc disease of lumbar spine.
Next Steps
Initial treatment to be started with conservative trial of management for a fortnight in the form of physiotherapy, muscle relaxants and neuro protective drugs.
Health Tips
I recommend her to wear a lumbar corset as per her measurement to reduce weight bearing load on her lower spine. Get a clinical evaluation done by a ortho consultant soon.
