  4. Severe back pain. Should be suggested?

Hello doctor my grandfather is having severe back pain and has been diagnosed with dorsal vertebral body 9 collapse.Doctor prescribed calcium vitamin D pth injection calcitonin injection and ash brace but still he is having pain.Injections he has not taken as of now since two days from doctor's appointment.What advise should be suggested? Thank you
