Severe anxiety
Im 21 male. It's been a year im suffering from severe insomnia and anxiety. I went 4 days without sleep. Because of heart palpitations i can't sleep. I have done ECG and blood test everything came back normal. I've been to doctor(neurologist) so many times he said it was anxiety. I was prescribed anti depressant, beta blocker and some sleep med. But didn't work for me.Now im not taking any med. Now i have shallow breathing and sometime i feel normal and aslo find hard to sleep some night.

Hello Kindly consult a specialist i.e a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment. Besides breath relaxation excercises daily will help you relax. Avoid caffeinated drinks.
