Severe Anger outbursts at interval
Occasionally, I experience severe anger outburst which is beyond my control and I don't realize I am doing anything wrong until it is too late. And during this period, I become very irritating to others purposefully. I know I have anger issues yet I do not do anything to control it. I am seeking help

Thank you for asking, I can understand the your concern. Not able to regulate of control emotional reactions can be an important indicator of mood disorder. Depression, very commonly presents in this manner. Other problems of Bipolar Mood Disorder, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, are few other problems that can present in this manner. The course and duration of symptom, other associated factors such as quality of mood, kind of thoughts occupying you mind most of the day, sleep pattern, etc needs to be taken into consideration before arriving to any conclusion. Stress also is a major contributing factor. An Acute Stress can be a reason as well.
