Severe Abdominal pain after urination
She has been suffering from Abdominal pain since 15 days. Consulted a Gynec DR in my hometown and got treated with Buscopan inj and used Cefixime+Ofloxacin tablets for five days along with Urispas tabs But not feeling well then consulted again Dr suggested urine test and blood test and also done Abdominal scanning but she couldn't find any fault in it. Even though she suspected mild UTI (Cystitis) and prescribed Nitrofurantoin 100 mg Sustain Released tabs for 7 days along with Cranberry juice contains tonic with Meftal Forte tabs. She Completed the course of therapy still she is suffering with severe Abdominal pain after Urination. Now what to do. Please help her to get rid out of this problem. Thank you.

Hello good morning. The diagnosis is simply clear called "urinary tract infection" which didn't not responded to the previously given treatment. Kindly come to chat online to discuss and  start a new and aggressive line of treatment although you have given history of the signs and symptoms which is more than 2 weeks. Regards.
