Several checkup but no cause identify
Hi, feeling balance problem regularly, my self daibetic but things are under control..fasting 102..PP: 164..and when sits on chair sometimes feels like I am going to fell in front of office desk. Left body pain is coming some time like left neck, left back, left leg are feeling with pain with some specific point or muscles..done MRI for mind and spine but not able to find any difficulty..don't understand it is due to annexity/stress or diabetic..or any nerves problem. Medicine; diapride m1 hv in night. rosumac 10- which is very less high(cholesterol) few days back so completing course only. tenepride 20 morning after breakfast vobit 0.3 mg after lunch. This is as per current on going consult with physician. I am not able identify the cause but feeling problem every day..even work life suffers as some time while walking feeling balance problem like I am going to fell down.

Some time antigenic foods like wheat causes antibiotics which might nervous system. Try gluten free diet
