Serum creatinine is 2.4
Dear doctor, my father serum creatinine is 2.4 mg dl .last year Dec it is 0.9 only. Before giving blood for test he took pain killer injection Im before 45 minutes. And before giving blood test before one week he took antibiotics also.and in report it is 2.4 serum creatinine and blood urea is 31 .

Pain killers can cause kidney dysfunction but unlikely to reflect in blood test in 45mins. He will need a detailed evaluation by a nephrologist. Pls meet one immediately
