A week ago sr. Creatine is 3.1 and started following complete naturopathy(15 days period) wilthout taking any salt, oil and protein food.i reduced 3 kgs weight. B. P around 120/80.
After one week, my sodium and potassium levels are normal but still Sr. Creatine increased to 3.8.
My creatine in 2019 was 1.7. I am still using medicines bas doctor suggested.
Please help me why sr. Creatine increases even after follow strict diet (Naturopathy) for a week.
