  4. Serious Throat Infection. Please help.

Serious Throat Infection
Hi, I am suffering from serious throat infection. Not able to speak. My voice has gone down up-to 95 percent. Please suggest me immediate medication. In the past I have used Azithral 500 for similar problem of lower intensity. Is it recommend again or any other medicine. Please help. Thanks, Ashutosh Anand
