Septoplasty
ENT physician recommended septoplasty. Due to DNS, my left nostril blocked and unable to take breathe from that side. Endoscopy and CT PNS showed DNS to left side with bony spur, right inferior turbinate hypertrophy and minimal mucosal thickening of maxillary and ethmoidal aircells. I have facing chronic problems breth, headache, PND, etc

You seem to be suffering from deviated nasal septum with chronic rhinosinusitis. Septoplasty with functional endoscopic sinus surgery is recommended treatment. Before surgery a course of steroid nasal sprays can be tried
