My brother have a sentinel pile problem and my question is if after operation ,how many days did he cured and please tell me precaution to be taken

If patient having constipation he has to take laxatives. If there is history of fissure problem ( bleeding & burning sensation at anal region ) take treatment for this. There are so many factors which increase or decrease the post operative recovery period. Depending upon the size and number of sentinile pile masses, immunity power and wound healing capacity of patient, the recovery period may vary. Approximately it will take 10 - 15 days. Local hygiene also very important in post operative conditions.
