I had a fissure and it got cured. Now i got developed with a lump on the posterior end of anus. It looks like sentinal piles, but I have no pain while passing stool. When I touch the lump, i am getting slight pain. Can this be cured without any surgery. Any oinments or cream reduces the lump. Please advise.
