How to cure initial stage of piles?

Thanks in advance! Kindly suggest all possible to cure initial stage of piles. Stool is coming thick so bleeding happen. Previously also it happened but cured from homeopathy. I have no other disorder and everything in body is normal like sugar, blood etc Kindly suggest me medicine, cream, diet everything, which cure my piles problem.

Take high fiber diet avoid spicy oily foods avoid red meat be regular with your breakfast, lunch ,and dinner keep the same time don't skip meals use fruits and salads decrease mental stress avoid sitting and driving for very long hours keep the consistency of your stool semisolid you should not be constipated use western toilet don't strain for stools.
