Tinnitus is usually associated with sensory neural or mixed hearing loss. So treatment of sensory neural or mixed loss is the treatment for tinnitus. You seem to be having severe hearing loss which needs to be treated by hearing amplification in the form of hearing aids. Usually hearing aid use will take care of tinnitus too
