Hello mam, tablets will give you only temporary relief... Clinical examination must be done to check whether there is a decay..... If there is a deep decay need to do a Root canal treatment... If tooth structure is lost completely or if that tooth is not capable of doing RCT, then need to do extraction of that teeth...

Good morning mam Need to see the x ray or on seeing it clinically we can may out y there is pain and if there is any cavity approaching the pulp may be referred pain of that is felt all over So you need to see your near by dentist once for proper diagnosis You can also practo consult us Regards
