Sensitive gums

My gums became very sensitive and I can't bite into a fruit without feeling the sensitivity. They are not swollen or red, just sensitive. What should I do to make them strong? Please suggest some ways.

if you have decayed or fractured teeth ,get it filled soon from dentist.. use soft bristle toothbrush.. don't brush too hard.. avoid grinding of teeth.. you can use toothpaste like sensodyne for relief... visit to a dentist regularly..

You definitely need dental care and advice. You should meet a dentist and schedule a appointment for care. Sensitivity is the progressive  and becomes pathological. Self treatment is certainly not advised. When was the last time you had a dental appointment?Encourage you to get one now and get hygiene educated. TC
