My gums became very sensitive and I can't bite into a fruit without feeling the sensitivity. They are not swollen or red, just sensitive. What should I do to make them strong? Please suggest some ways.

use soft bristle toothbrush..
don't brush too hard..
avoid grinding of teeth..

please check if u have any decay. alternatively u can u shy n m hypersensitivity toothpaste to reduce sensitivity. consult ur dentist to check ur decay
