I had circumcision surgery 19 days ago wound is not much paining now but glans is too much sensitive and it's pain when boxer touches it Plzz help me and give some solution

It will improve as days pass on. If its more sensitive.....apply Lox 2% Jelly on that area 2 times a day for 10 days.
