Hello Doctor,
I have sensitive glans and was recommended for circumcision. The operation was performed 4- 5 months ago. But sensitivity still remains leading to premature ejaculation.

Circumcision has nothing to do with premature ejaculation.

The issue as described by you above is termed as premature ejaculation.
There is a possibility that the tip of your penis might have become hyper sensitive.
Premature ejaculation (PE) is when ejaculation happens sooner than a man or his partner would like during sex. PE is also known as rapid ejaculation, premature climax or early ejaculation.
