My mother is diabetic patient along with high BP. From last few days some sensation or I would say she is complaning of some kind of needle peircing in the body. Please provide your consultation on the reasons for this to happen and suggest what should we do ? Thanks

So by the complaints of ur mother it looks like she is having diabetic neuropathy. This happens due to long therm and uncontrolled diabetes. So for that need to control sugar first by changing lifestyle which includes diet and exercise. Second need to check blood sugars and take adequate medicines.
