15-0-15 grm with hot milk daily x1 month
2- makardwaja rasa 500 mg 1-0-1 bd af x1 month
3-Ashwaghanda arista 40-0-40 ml bf af
With in short time of periods your sperm count will increase
Do repeat your test nxt month and see the result

Hi
Do not take any kind of stress about it .all are normal .only active sperms are 8% low it can be cure with in two or 3 months .
Do this :-do long breath exercise daily.
:-Do not smoke
:-Do not drink alcohol.
Medicine :- take shilajit cap. For one month and then repeat your test if your active sperms are more than 60% then you can stop medicine. If less than 60% after one month ten take these cap for next 2 month.

Hello, this is not completely normal. The count is good but the motility and quality of sperm is not good as per reports . Only ayurvedic treatment can improve this count. Medicines will cost from 3 k to 15 k per month which includes suvarna kalpa. If needed
