Hi, Yes better get your semen analysis done. Also there are few additional tests which might be required to be done. In good labs you would require proper prescription for these reports. However some may do it without prescription. For further assistance and guidance feel free to reach out. Would be happy to help you.

Hello sir I understand your concern. Make sure that you guys are having sexual activity on regular basis. Sex at periovular period ( i.e. 12 to 16 days ) of menstrual cycle is very important .. I ll tell u the way to calculate this .. For e.g. if date of last menses is 1st April ..so periovular period ll be 12th April to 16 th april . This peroiovular period is the most fertile time ..and have the highest chances of getting pregnant . For pregnancy ..both male and female should he healthy .. semen analysis in male and ovulatory studies in female are generally advised for assessment  of  infertility . In your case it been just 3 months ..so it ll be very early to go for test. If you want  u can undergo test by your own ..but clinical correlation ll be done by doctor only .
Next Steps
book online consultation for further guidance
