  4. Semen report. From getting pregnant?

Is pus cells of 8-10 hpf in semen will affect conceiving ? Apart from that my semen report is normal. My wife is trying to conceive from 1 year. Dr said we both are fine. Will pus cells in semen stopping my wife from getting pregnant ?
