Hi doctor , My microscopic examination of 2.7 ml semen has total sperm count of 50 million / ml , Rapid progressive motility of 70 , Slow Progressive motility of 10 , non Progressive motility as 10 and inmotile as 05. Normal forms 50 , abnormal forms 20 , head defects 10 , neck and mid piece defects 05 , Headless pinhead 05 , giant head 10 , tail defects 05. Is it normal report ? i took first time in my life due to overthinking and worried about future and I am not yet married. Next year I am going to get married , what should I need to follow to have a healthy sperm cells for conceiving? Your's suggestion and Help means alot to me. Thanks.
