Sluggishly motile : 20%

Abnormal forms. Head :05. Body : 08. Tail: 04.
Liquification: >40 mins.
Autoagglutunation : Present.
Pus cells : 4-6 / h.p.f.
RbCs cells: Absent
Doctor suggested
ADDZOYA capaules 2 times a day for 50 days. And Wysolene 5mg 3-2-1 for 5 days.
How bad is the report? Can we get child as per present semen report?

Nothing to worry. U will definitely father child. Continue medicines & have regular physical relationship with you r wife especially during fertile period.
