I need to know about my sperm report, whether i am fertile or not ? Sperm Count - 76mill/ml Actively Motile - 45% Sluggish motile - 20% Dead Sperm - 35% Epithelial cells - Occasional/hpf PUC cells - 8-10/hpf am I fertile to have a baby ?? I am very tensed.. please help me

Count and motility are fine.. But infection is there... Take proper medication to get rid of this infection.. To be sexually fit completely.. To be a parent soon
