Seems irritable bowel syndrome-Help! Tnx
Hi Doctor, Greetings! I have excessive gastic problem which increases after every meal. Also by late evening I have to pass bowel again even after proper bowel movement in the morning. A cup(or 2) of tea or hot coffee if taken during the day acts as a catalyst for this but surprisingly a mug full of milk taken at night before sleep (occasionally) doesn't cause any discomfort. Now the frequency of this is increasing with every passing day and other than avoiding tea and coffee I am also cutting down on my meal size to reduce any symptoms during office hours which makes me hurgry. I had similar issue last year and was recommended Rifagut,Cyra-D & VSL #3 for 3 weeks during which I also had an emergency kidney stones operation and these symptoms vanished post that so I discontinued those medicines. Currently if I have to take Pudin Hara liquid very frequently in the morning for temporary relief before going to office.please suggest.thank you!
