My today's LFT report shows- total Bilirubin- 1.3(Conjugated : 0.3, Unconjugated : 1.0), ALT/SGPT : 19, AST/SGPT : 20, ALP : 57, TP : 6.9, Albumin : 4.3. I am using telsartan 40mg for BP. No diabetes. But today's report shows FBS : 108
Doctor, Is Bilirubin level high? Any medication to follow? Kindly advise.

You have indirect hyperbilirubinemia..which is commonly seen in gilbert syndrome..no treatment is required usually..if it increases further you may require certain test..consult me on practo for more details..
