Mixed infection caused by gram positive bacteria (Streptococcus) and gram negative bacteria ( possibly pseudomonas or e coli or klebsiella) and fungus (possibly candida or cryptococcus) Tuberculosis ruled out because of negative fimidng on AFB staining.
