Second trimester back pain & pelvic pain

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I was Having a sharp pain in my spinal cord as well in my pelvic. it lasts up to 2min at max its not often but I could feel a severe pain in my back. Is it common? Or should I go for any scan and tests?
